TandemLaunch will use this information to fulfill your requests, provide you with, or improve, the relevant product or service, or for anti-fraud purposes. This information may include device information, server log information, unique application numbers, location information, cookies and similar tracking technologies.

 

We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information from children below the age of consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information of someone below the age of consent in the relevant legal jurisdiction without first receiving verifiable parental consent we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.

For TandemLaunch Projects. The information collected is used by TandemLaunch internally to develop its projects and to keep you posted on the latest TandemLaunch announcements and upcoming events. If a project graduates and leaves TandemLaunch – becoming a separate corporate entity – we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of any personal information and give affected users notice before personal information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

 

For External Processing. Information may be provided to trusted businesses (such as cloud hosting services) or other persons to process for us strictly based on our instructions and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

 

For Legal Purposes. We will share personal information with third parties if necessary to meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable government request. We may also disclose personal information if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce associated terms and conditions for various products and services.
